📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark. Expected delivery times are:

  • Within Denmark: 2–5 business days

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery status in real time.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within Denmark. This helps us ensure fast, reliable, and secure deliveries to our customers.

🔍 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll get a confirmation email including a tracking link and code so you can stay updated on your shipment’s journey.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We support secure and widely used payment methods in Denmark, including:

What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us beforehand to receive return instructions.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days by emailing kanjibunny@gmx.net. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
