Sophia and Cindy were great. I’ve been here twice and both times I had a positive experience. They are very clean and thorough, doing a high quality job with dip manicures. Lots of colors to choose from and the technicians all seem pretty flexible when it comes to fun/different design requests!

I have been going to this salon for about a year and half they are amazing I can’t remember the girls name but she was in the last seat all the way in the back…anyone know her name?? As I’d like to request her from now on…. She talked to me as if we knew each other a life time took her time on my nails and gave me the true quality I needed on my nails and did her very best to make my nails exactly what I wanted!!! Thank you t&c nails 2!!!

I asked for a gel polish change, she decided to charge me for a manicure because she cut my cuticles. That was the only thing different than a normal polish change. The French application on my pinky nail makes it look like my entire finger is crooked. I am very frustrated and will not be returning to this establishment. I have had good experiences in the past, but today was my final visit. $45 for a gel polish changes outrageous, even asked her when she put the amount up and I said it was $25. Last time, she said “I gave you a manicure.” I said “I didn’t ask for that” and nothing changed. It only took her 25 minutes, clearly rushed and overcharged me.

I absolutely love my nails and Danny did an amazing job. However when it came time to pay when I booked my appointment through their website the price was $35 for a full set with shellac or gel. when I went to pay they told me that it would be $50 and I said how when I booked on the website that it was $35, then I continued showing them on my phone where I got my price from and then asked if it was indeed their website and Cindy confirmed it and then went on to say that the website is wrong and it hasn’t been updated that I should be going off the prices on the app and I asked her what app? And that I had booked it straight off the website and my appointment was confirmed through that website so when I asked if that price could be honored and Cindy told me no because the website should have been updated and the price is $50 I then responded that it’s not updated and hasn’t been updated and how it was not only misleading but also bad for business it was for the owner not to honor something that’s on their website! And she just kept showing me the prices on the app on her phone!!! HOWEVER IT STILL DOESN’T CHANGE THE NARRATIVE!

I got a fill-in and basic pedicure with no design. I’ve been here several times and the prices are always changing. I use gel polish with no additional designs. I’m confused with the pricing and prices are not posted. The nail techs always asks Cindy the amount and she tells them in their language. Cindy please post your prices in store.

Pedicure itself was great.. however I had choose the 45 dollar package and when it was time to pay it was 61…my sister had a 35 dollar gift certificate. She choose the 35 dollar package. She was charged 55!! That dont even make sense!….. we didnt get anything extra just basic polish!! We will never go back again.

I asked for a file & gel French tip. It cost $43!! (I could’ve gotten acrylics & a gel manicure for that price anywhere else.) Their prices weren’t posted anywhere, otherwise I would have walked out.

Critical:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Quality,Value*Four hours after service, my nails have bubbles. This is the one near TJ Maxx, not to get confused with the mall.*The lady that did my pedicure was nice and she did a good job! I was able to relax a little. Cindy did my full set and it went downhill. She was so aggressive that I had to express to her she is being too rough. She continued being rough which changed my attitude. I also tried to show her a pic of the shape that I wanted my nails but she didn’t want to listen. The nails were uneven and looked botched so I expressed it too her very respectfully. She brushed it off. The quality of my nails could be much better. They look like square blobs. The customer service is bad. Honestly, I will not be returning and do not recommend. This nail salon has lost the quality service it use to give. There price is not worth the service. Today I ask to have eyebrows wax. She just wax the top and bottom no trim etc. The pedicure was so so, it needed to be trim evenly and more nail polish. Almost a $100 for half way job. Not again Pedicure
