A little puzzling. Craigslist ad show address in Yuma, AZ, w/ a Yuma address, while map shows LA area.

Something you'd have to ask the owner, if it qualifies under FAA Part 103.
Some here on the forum have extensive experience w/ the GyroBee, w/ it's capabilities & limitations.
